Our general policies are listed below.  Our complete Rental Agreement can be downloaded or viewed in the section following.

• Prices shown for 3 day period
• Full Payment plus a 75% Damage Deposit is required at time order finalized
• Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to event result in loss of the full deposit
• Damage deposits may differ on concession items, tents and specialty items.
• Rental Period - 3 days including pick up and return.
• Saturday/Sunday rentals are to be picked up on the Friday before and returned on Monday.
•  If necessary, appointments can be made for Tuesday,  Saturday, Sunday pickup/return
• No pickups/returns on Holidays
• Customers are responsible for checking the count and condition of all items rented before leaving LCC/CBT.  
• Late Returns will be assessed a late fee equal to the rental cost per day for each day item's are not returned.
• Security/Damage deposits will be returned within 3 days
• Every attempt will be made to inspect rental returns as quickly as possible in order to process your deposit return promptly.

 We currently do not provide delivery, set up or pick up services.  It is something we  hope to be able to provide in the future.
